Improving Registration

Many schools have 90% of parents registered – if you are not quite there yet simply follow the steps below to help boost your parent registration!

Letters to Parents

It is likely that you have already sent a letter home to parents to notify them that you will be using our software to communicate with them going forward, however if you haven’t, please select from the templates below…


Resend Verification Messages

The more parents you have registered, the more time and money you will save. Use the two buttons below to resend registration messages to your parents – giving them another opportunity to sign up.

Send SMS verification messages to unregistered users who have a mobile number.
Send email verification messages to unregistered users who have an email address.

Check your data

If you do not have the correct email address or mobile numbers for parents, the registration link will not arrive in the right place. Click the button to download a guide on how to identify and fix problems with your data.


Reports

You can use the reports below to identify parents with missing contact information, parents who are not connected or unsubscribed or students not linked to a parent. This information will allow you to target these parents directly.

Parents with Missing Contact Information

This report will show you all parents, which child they are linked to and whether or not you have a mobile number or email address for them - useful if you are looking to gather contact information.

Parent Connection Status Report

This report will show you all parents and their account status. This can be used to identify a hit list for a re-launch of the software targeted to non-responders.

Paper Copy Families

This report will show all students who will receive a paper copy when you try to send them an email and the reason why.
